Every year, the Project Company creates and runs custom training programs for a wide range of public and private groups. It gives its clients and partners specific knowledge and comes up with ways to make training classes more useful for both individuals and businesses.  
We work closely with the partner organization to understand its unique context and specific goals. Then, we use a unique and custom-made learning method to offer a training course that is perfectly suited to the professional needs of each participant. Workshops, case studies, simulation games, individual and group feedback, and active debates between lecturers and participants are just some of the training methods that are used together to make sure that the approach is dynamic and engaging. 
We offer a wide range of excellent courses for professional growth thanks to our many years of experience in creating courses and designing ways for students to learn, as well as the company's global network. The training classes give you a truly European experience by giving you the chance to network with high-level people in a unique setting. 

Courses can happen in person or online. 
A group of project managers and assistants in the Executive Education, Training, and Projects Office are in charge of running the business. They are in charge of figuring out what training is needed, designing the programs, putting together the course (with the help of the chosen teachers), and making all the necessary arrangements for things like lodging, food, and social events. Along with that, they offer ongoing support during implementation, help run the training modules for both in-person and online classes, and write a report on the rollout and results of the training, which includes gathering feedback from participants and trainers.
